央视新闻消息，当地时间3月2日，美国一家上诉法院将此前导致美国总统特朗普大规模关税被裁定无效的多起诉讼发回至美国国际贸易法院。而美国国际贸易法院有权裁决退还进口商缴纳的相关税款。进口商此前已请求国际贸易法院，一旦案件重新归其管辖，应命令特朗普政府立即着手制定退税程序。美国联邦巡回上诉法院批准了进口商提出的将案件发回美国国际贸易法院的动议。特朗普政府反对该动议，称希望将案件推迟最多4个月，以便有时间考虑应对方案。
